Aldea Xaan Ha Tulum

Very nice place. The apartment are large, lot of equipment. The café attached to the property serves very good breakfast. Low pressure in shower. Pool should be clean more often due to lot of threes around. Not dirty, just many leaves. I recommend.

Aldea is the cutest boutique hotel! The owner is amazing and is so kind and accommodating. Some of the staff was not super friendly but by no means were they rude. The food was excellent. Amazing cappuccino and menu options. We absolutely loved this place and would come back any time we get the opportunity!!!

We had a wonderful time here. Felt very safe and secure at this apartment. The bed was very comfortable and there was a great big couch area to relax. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself if you wish - but there are a bunch of AWESOME restaurants nearby. The Pool looked incredible but we didn’t have much time to enjoy it. Would absolutely stay here again.

Super lovely! Alex was super responsive before and during our trip and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay! I appreciated the self check-in using the lockbox and the ample free parking. We also appreciated the locked main door as it made us feel extra secure. The rooms were super roomy and bright. Everything was clean and the pool looks just as beautiful as it does in the pictures. We will definitely return here on our next trip to Tulum! Loved it!

My stay at Aldea Xaan Ha was nothing short of amazing. The apartment & surroundings were immaculate, away from the noise but 10-15 min walking distance to shops etc. If you prefer, you can rent a scooter or car. I loved how they have set up the whole place, it is truly beautiful and makes you feel close to nature. There is a cafe on site (Aroma cafe) which has amazing coffee & food, highly recommend the avocado toast! Alex and his family are truly amazing hosts, Alex was always responsive and went beyond his way to ensure i had a comfortable stay. Thank you Alex and co :) All in all I highly recommend this place and know that i will definitely be back!

This hotel offers excellent value for the price. While the location is a bit removed from the city center, it’s not an issue if you have a rental car. The staff are incredibly friendly and highly responsive via WhatsApp. I encountered a minor issue with the hot water, but it was resolved promptly. The check-in process was seamless, and the breakfast was delightful—I’d say it exceeded expectations. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return in the future.

Not sure where to start. This was one of the best accommodations we have ever been in, not only in Mexico, but worldwide. The apartment is beautiful, fully equipped, the pool with jacuzzi is perfect, breakfast so good, staff wonderful. It is not located on the beach, so if you are up for beach holiday this might not be for you but for us it was just perfect. My kid wanted to stay there forever. We spent half of our days in Tulum within the walls of the hotel, by the pool (and this normally never happens to me as I like to explore). I am truly and honestly delighted (and not paid to say it :D).

Really nice place, a little far from the center if you re on foot, but it's mostly calm, if you don't count the construction on the building nearby, which was a little annoying in the morning. The jungle style garden is so cute and the pool area is nice. Too bad there are only two sunbeds though for the whole hotel. The complimentary breakfast is nice but there isn't much choice, so after a few days it can be a little repetitive
